Guest Speakers

At Beth El Synagogue, we take pride in welcoming guest speakers from around the globe, representing diverse religions, ethnicities, races, and gender identities. These speakers enrich our community by sharing their unique perspectives and fostering dialogue across a variety of topics.

To further this tradition, we recently introduced our Shabbat Limmud Speaker Series—a special opportunity to engage, educate, and inspire our congregation through thought-provoking discussions and communal experiences.

About Shabbat Limmud:
Shabbat Limmud is a meaningful evening featuring a Friday night service, a delicious dinner and wine prepared by Chef Dori, and a captivating presentation by distinguished speakers. From scholars and community leaders to experts in various fields, each speaker brings valuable insights on topics such as Jewish history, theology, ethics, and contemporary issues.

These evenings are designed to encourage learning, spark meaningful conversations, and deepen our connections with one another. Be sure to check our calendar for upcoming Shabbat Limmud events—you won’t want to miss these engaging programs!
